Abstract
Working long hours at a makeshift shelter in place desk can exacerbate the usual challenges of work. I will share some quick and effective stretches, poses, and breathing techniques that can be done right at your desk, on a break, or anytime you need a reset. These practices are for everyone no matter your physical ability, injuries, or stress levels. Wearing comfortable clothes is ideal to move and stretch in preparation of practicing these moves near to and at your desk.
