Ariana was an intern at SKERI as an undergraduate student studying neuroscience at Colorado State University, planning on pursuing her PhD to continue research in neuroscience. As a research intern at Smith-Kettlewell, she worked with Dr. Saeideh Ghahghaei, in the SEELab. There, she performed literature reviews, data coding, and data analysis to study how remote learning has affected children with CVI. Additionally, she studied reading difficulties in children with CVI.
